Uni Kassel Erasmus Learning Agreement

The student begins the process by creating a learning agreement in the OLA system and signing it online. Be sure to give your students the right name and email address for the person in charge of your institution (responsible for signing the apprenticeship agreement). 48 It is interesting to note that mobile teachers themselves perceive the conditions of their home institution to travel abroad for less favourable teaching assignments than the university principals interviewed. Most teachers say they perceive their pedagogical mobility as an individual activity, which involves extra work without compensation. Nevertheless, feedback from teachers and university principals indicates that the mobility of teaching is particularly valuable in promoting student mobility in the institutions concerned. This view is supported by feedback from experts and practitioners who discussed the initial results of empirical surveys in workshops. They point out that the intensification of teacher mobility would lead to a better integration of the Erasmus study period into all mobile student studies. This would improve the recognition of education credits, reduce the extension of studies and finally, by integrating improved learning strategies, strengthen the overall professional value of the Erasmus study period abroad BRACHT O., ENGEL C., JANSON K., OVER A., SCHOMBURG H. and TEICHLER U.

University-specific apprenticeship contracts are signed at the faculty`s information centre after the student`s arrival in Bergen. 39 Among university principals, more than three quarters expect positive effects on the international image of their institutions and more than half of them have reported that the mobility of Erasmus teachers supports international research cooperation with partner institutions.
